Most of the times we just miss great things that are happening around us. Of coarse that we do not realize this when it’s happening. We realize it too late or even we don’t realize it at all. Things that could have changed us, that could have made us better and brought us closer to God are wasted. We lose something that is rather important. We lose opportunities that might never come back.
As I was reading Mark 6:30-52, I realized that so many times we are not penetrated into our harts by the miracles God is doing. It says that:
They didn’t understand what he had done at the supper. None of this had yet penetrated their hearts.
Mark 6:52
Miracles just pale. Miracles taht had to revive us are put in the normal category. We either say that we got used with them, or our eyes are shadowed by so many earthly things. We want revival in our church. We want a new hart. We want to be 110% for God.
Life is such a big battle. I am sorry for all the wasted miracles God performed in front of my eyes and that I didn’t notice. Miracles are not for the eyes to see, but for the hart to see it. If the miracle does not penetrate my hart than it does not matter how wide open my eyes were.
How could I and all of as have hart that sees and understand the miracles of God? Well, a functional hart could do that. How could we have a functional hart? By using it how God tells us so. He created us, every little tiny piece of us: body, mind and spirit. He gave us instructions in His holly Book, the Bible. So, a functional hart that sees Gods miracles is a hart that is functioning by the Bible.
I would like from you to help me and the others that read this blog to understand more on how to take care of our hart.
