02.25.09Business Card – Doemi Dent Iasi – Dr. Adriana Popa
Recently I shared with you the last logo I created for Dr. Adriana Popa’s new dentistry clinic Doemi Dent, from Iasi Romania. Here is the business card I created for Mrs. Dr. Adriana Popa. The business card is 5 by 5 cm. Mrs. Popa liked my business card, especially the fact that it is square. So, she wanted also a square business card.

Recently I was commissioned by Dr. Adriana Popa to create the corporate identity for her new company. It is a dentistry clinic in Iasi Romania. She was opened to all that is new. As a result of our first talk, I did a few sketches and then created the following pre-logos.
We had further discussions and more steps were made into our collaboration. We exchanged more sketches. The final result is the folowing.

At the request of my friend I did also a green version of this business card. It has almost the same back but totally different front. He wanted to also have the measurement equipment like in his colleague business card that I previously designed.

01.15.09Business Card Design – Alfa Decor – Emil Bejan
Yesterday I showed you the logo I created for my friend Emil Bejan. His company is named Alfa Decor. His company hangs doors and sets floors. Besides this, his team also does all sorts of interior construction work. In a latter post I hope to show you how I personalize his cars and maybe the clothing of the employees.
Recently I also created the website for alfa-decor.

In the near future he is going to personalize the cars and maybe the clothing of the employees.

12.30.08The New Possibility in Christ

Now we have new possibilities in Christ. We have a great gain from His death and resurrection.
In psalm 84:10 we read the following:
For a day in Your courts is better than a thousand [anywhere else];
I would rather be a doorkeeper
and stand at the threshold in the house of my God
than to dwell [at ease] in the tents of wickedness.Why do the sons of Korah say this? Because at the temple was the place where God was present. There was the place where the people could meet with God. The sons of Korah loved so much God (at this time) that they wanted to be in His presence all the time. When you love somebody yo want to spend as much time with him or her. The same happens when you love God… you want to be with Him, to talk with God in prayer, to be in His presence.
So where is the gain in our times? Please read what Jesus said in John 4:21:
Jesus said to her,
Woman, believe Me,
a time is coming when you will worship the Father
neither [merely] in this mountain nor [merely] in Jerusalem [at the temple].and in John 4:23 it says
A time will come, however,
indeed it is already here,
when the true (genuine) worshipers
will worship the Father in spirit and in truth (reality);
for the Father is seeking just such people
as these as His worshipers.So what is with all this? The great gain is that we can worship God everywhere we are. The thing is to have the right attitude towards God, to live in the Spirit and to do His deeds.
So, today we can experience God anywhere and have the same joy that the sons of Korah had when they stand at the threshold in the house of God.

12.05.08Craciun din inima de student – actiune caritabila ASII
Asociatia Studetilor Informaticieni Ieseni (ASII) va organiza Incepand cu data de 01.12.2008 un proiect umanitar intitulat “Craciun din inima de student”.
Obiectivul general al proiectului este strangerea de fonduri pentru a oferi batranilor din Caminul “Sfintii Imparati Constantin si Elena” si copiilor cu handicap din evidenta Centrului Diecezan Caritas Iasi – Biroul de Asistenta si Consiliere pentru persoane cu Handicap – BACH un sprijin material cu ocazia sarbatorilor de iarna.
Am ales aceste destinatii deoarece batranii si persoanele cu handicap sunt printre cele mai defavorizate grupuri de persoane pe plan social, Intampinand si numeroase probleme materiale. In acest scop vom desfasura o campanie de strangere de fonduri In perioada 1 – 19 decembrie si un bal de caritate pe data de 16 decembrie la Ateneul Tatarasi, iar donatiile si Incasarile rezultate din aceste doua actiuni vor fi donate – cash sau In produse – celor doi beneficiari mai sus mentionati, In perioada 22 – 24 decembrie.

- 02.12.2008 – Conferinta de presa
- 05.12.2008 – Inceperea campaniei de promovare pe toate canalele de comunicare, atat offline cat si online
- 16.12.2008 – Balul de caritate ce va avea loc la Ateneul Tatarasi Incepand cu orele 19. Acest bal va include un concert marca “Nicu Alifantis” si licitatii
- 20.12.2008 – Sfarsitul campaniei, centralizarea fondurilor stranse si cea de-a doua conferinta de presa
- 23-24.12.2008 – Inmanarea fondurilor – cash sau/si bunuri materiale – beneficiarilor proiectului impreuna cu Crucea Rosie – filiala Iasi

11.18.08Photos from Bobociada – Welcoming Event for the Freshmen at OSCER Iasi
On 7th of November 2008, OSCER (Christian Evangelical Students Organization from Romania) Iasi held an welcoming event for the freshmen that joined that meetings. OSCER is part of IFES (International Fellowship of Evangelical Students).
While I was in university I was involved in OSCER Iasi. Back then it was called St. Andrew Group.
