SNOWY is a snowboard equipment company. SNOWY manufactures and sells snowboards, bindings, boots and apparel. I do most of the my master projects on this company, that I made up. Now, I also need an identity for this company. So, for a start I made the logo. Next is to to the other marketing stuff required. After that I’ll continue working on my project at marketing management master.

The snow shouldn’t be white?
Snow is white indeed. But who really cares about the snow. People care about how they feel on the snow, not about the snow itself. Deep down in there, inside of them, the snowboarders fine for the feeling of flight over all their problems, to fly away, to feel light as a feather and fly with warp speed in the same time. So that is why snow is not white at Snowy
Maybe I should consider another color for the name and the top of the mountain. Not white, but another funky color. I thought green at first, but that makes you think about grass and warmth. So, maybe the logo needs a funky cold color. Witch color is that?
In future, the company will expand, to summer sports similar to snowboarding - mountain boarding. So then I’ll have the same logo, but with the colors and the text changed.
to me it looks like cherry topping on an icecream. and the triangle makes no sense whatsoever. maybe you would like to reconsider the design [it shouldn't be TOO obvious that it refers to snowboarding], though i like the font you used. play with letters, shapes and sizes. as for the colour, purple is ok. good luck!

Maybe it comes a little late, but how does turquoise sound? or some electric blue?

Odd things always work, using purpule instead of white on snow mountain and secondory color grayish black attracts people. The logo is nicely crafted. You are welcome for any markeing information you need regarding your next marketing projects for the website.
Thank you for your recommendation. People tend to more comfortable with the things they know. In the same time, the targeted people are young people, not older than 35, and as you said odd things word, especially for them. I did a study and conclude what is the best age group.
