I like very much sweets and especially cakes. I love the home made cakes that my mom cooks. I was contacted for a company to help them increase their sales. Besides other stuff they have a cake laboratory and some places where they sell their products. Their most drawback is that the people do not know them, the stuff that sells the products are not that trained and also how the products are presented suffers.
For start I had 2 photo shooting sessions. Another 2 will follow. This is my first time I take photos of food for money. It’s great. The money are not that much, but is better than nothing. Actually what I care about is not the money, but that fact that I can do what I like, and that I can help those people. Besides this, practice makes you better, so I also learn a lot from all this. Being all by myself is OK. I mean if I would have to have a whole team of people the project management would be much harder to implement. Of coarse I have to do everything now, witch is a drawback. But God provides. I am most grateful to Him for all He has been doing. I never dreamed that I could do all those things.
The next step is creating a catalog/big brochure with most of the cakes they do. The catalog will be available at the selling point, so that people could order weeding cakes and cakes for other occasions. I plan to hire a sales person for this project. By the way… if you know somebody that is bold, has a selling nose (flair) and is serious please let me know. We need that person to go to all cake-shops and present the future brand, catalog with products and also sales packages. It is a great project and I am very happy that I am part of it.
I guess you eat all the cakes you take picture of, right?
If you’re thinking to get an associate to help you with this photo session I would be more than glad to help you 
in the end of the 1st photo session they asked me to choose 2 cakes from all I took photo of. The 2nd time they said eat it as much as you can from all you photographed
. I could eat only 2 cakes and a coffee. When I left they also gave me a bag with cakes and pastries. Great job… isn’t it?

Nice shots! I just miss some glaze in the fruits, maybe the lighting is a just a tad too bland, and you should give some thinking to the backgrounds, the tiled wall doesn’t fit. Curious to see more of this!
