The company I work for send me some documents and contracts. We used Fan Curier Express. On Fan Curier Express website they say that in 24 hours any item gets to any destination in Romania. The envelope was send on last Tuesday 12 of August 2008. Today, a week later, Tuesday 19 of August 2008, I still don’t have the envelope with the important contracts.
All last week I waited for the envelope because that in there are important documents. I had patience until Monday. So yesterday morning I called them. I called the man that I was in charge of my area for Fan Curier. He said that he did not have the envelope and that he does not know of it. So I called the Iasi branch. They said that they do not have it and to call to the man that is in charge of my area – their employee. I told them I talked with him. Then, after a lot of arguing they admitted that they have my envelope since Thursday. I asked them if I could have it in the same day. They said ok.
After 3 hours I call again because I did not get the envelope. The same arguing happened as before. That they do not know about it, to call the man that is in charge with my area and I told them the whole story again. And they said that no, it is impossible. So I raised my voice to that lady and then she looked on the computer to check. She was arguing with me with no proof. Then she said that will try to send it to me the same day. Of coarse I did not get anything yesterday.
I called again today, in the morning. Again I had to say the whole story and she said that she does not have the envelope, that she can not find it so it must be again to the man in charge with my area of the city. I called him. He did not have it. I called back to the Iasi branch. The same lady… I told her that the man does not have it. So she said that she will put some other guy to look in their storage and that I will get it this afternoon. Now it is 3 pm and I still didn’t get my envelope.
Because of Fan Curier Express deplorable services, I loose time, money and maybe even the possibility to sign that contracts with the third parties.
I advice all of you not to use Fan Curier express services never again. I will never use them again. They do not deserve to be called a company.

I agree with you. I also had problems with Fan Courier and their Customer Service is nil. I am still waiting for a cheque, after 6 days. This happened just after they didn’t deliver a parcel at the needed address (they delivered it at their headquarter in Brasov, without informing my customer that they changed by their selves the delivery address and won’t deliver to his door – he should come and pick it from them).
I will neer work with them again and I still wait my cheque.
I don’t recommend this company to anybody.
Very poor services indeed !…How they get to be # 1 in Romania ?..when ?..last century ?… and besides very unprofesional employees as well, strating with Bucharest where I have called several times till they hang up the phone and didn’t answer anymore , and ending up with the ones I have in my city : Petrosani , where the dispatcher girl said that they will deliverit it whenever they will can , being very busy at the moment and I not being an important customer .

Very, very unprofessional services. I have several experiences (nightmares) with them ….and I’m very disappointed than many big companies are still using them for sending packages.
Even a Mercedes brokes sometimes.

Yes, that is true… even a Mercedes breaks. But let me tell you some news about FanCurier. Yesterday I had to send a big parcel from Iasi to my company headquarters from Romania. The company said to use FanCurier, so I called to the FanCurier Iasi. They have more numbers on the website for Iasi. I called both of them. Nobody answered. I called again another 10 times or so and I got busy or nobody answered. So I called another company that transports packages and they answered the phone and they were nice and they came and picked the parcel on time. So I am not even going to call FanCurier again.
