Our Path is Well Prepared Before We Step on It

Our Path is Well Prepared Before We Step on It

I’ll keep this one brief as I have so many things to do. So, the main idea is that special people are chosen for special tasks by God . Each of us were designed in such a way so that we would fulfill at least one specific purpose in God’s plan.

7 Then came the day of Unleavened Bread
on which the Passover [lamb] had to be slain.

8 So Jesus sent Peter and John, saying,
Go and prepare for us the Passover meal,
that we may eat it.

9 They said to Him,
Where do You want us to prepare [it]?

10 He said to them,
Behold, when you have gone into the city,
a man carrying an earthen jug
or pitcher of water will meet you;
follow him into the house which he enters,

11 And say to the master of the house,
The Teacher asks you,
Where is the guest room,
where I may eat the Passover [meal]
with My disciples?

12 And he will show you a large room upstairs,
furnished [with carpets and with couches properly spread];
there make [your] preparations.

13 And they went and found it
[just] as He had said to them;
and they made ready the Passover [supper].

Luke 22:7-13

Here we can see Peter and John were send to prepare the Passover meal. They had a gift in organizing . One thing that I learned from this is that they ask questions . Sometimes we just go and do it. We are not interested to satisfy the needs of the others , but just simply to do it for a lot of other reasons.

Also, what amazes me is what Jesus tells them . He does not just say go and prepare the meal. But Jesus gives them instructions where to go and what to do . More than that Jesus prepared something upfront .

In the same way when God asks something from us He prepares it upfront . He is not sending us and stops being interested in what we struggle with. And as I said He always prepares the path for us to walk on.

Please excuses my haste. Fell free to add your own thoughts about this.
