I managed to finish all my preparations to present my MBA project in front of the teachers board. The name of my project is Dealing with perception in the marketing of a new product at Snowy snowboards . The teachers liked very much my thesis, and how I presented everything. With God’s blessing, I got an A++ with congratulations . I was honored to receive such appreciation. My supervisor teacher was prof. dr. ec. Rodica Boier. It was hard work involved not only in preparation of the thesis, but also during the whole university year. With God’s help, I put all my energy in every project I did for every subject/matter/object I studied. This MBA program really helped me, and I had what to learn from every teachers we had. It wasn’t perfect. Nothing on this earth is. But, it was what I expected, and I think that it was a good investment for my future, the money were spent in a good way. From now on, I hope that I will be given the opportunity to show what I have studied, what I know and can now, after all this training.

I have not been working in infrastructure to be able to give you some research data. But basically if you work for a company in this field they must have some kind of records. Also nationally a lot of studies are done on different topics. So for your request you should go to the transportation government department and see what they released. combine the records of the company with the results that are released nationally and by doing this you can make a good start general market research. Furthermore you can make a interview type of research with questions to ask customers or potential customers. Based on all this you can see what the actual market lacks, of coarse after you try to find out also somehtigna bout the competition. This goes in any filed… infrastructure or anything else.

I wrote the thesis in Romanian. So, unless you know Romanian, it is for not not useful to you. The study was made on the Romanian winter sport industry. I found a good niche, designed special products for that niche and also developed a marketing and sale plan for those products.

During my MBA, for each subject I studied we were given practical assignments. 80% of them could be made on a given subject but in whatever company we wanted. So, if you are not finished yet I recommend you to do all of them in one single company. If there is no company that you are interested in, then for sure you love something to do. For me it is snowboarding. So I created a winter sports company. By doing this I was able to make all my projects in the same snowboard company. This is what I really like doing and what I am passionate about. So, you could choose this filed that you like best. Make a company and do your smaller projects and you big last one in this company. By doing the smaller projects in the same company you make a base of the latter big paper. So you will already have some chapters for it.
If you can no open such a company, then you can just make it up. This company could just be in your head. Image in. Image how it would be. Image the downsides. Imagine all the situations you would go through with such a company.
Also, in the same time you could use your church. Churches need marketing too. churches need management too. Churches need PR too. Churches work with people, which is the most tough material to work with. Just ask your pastor…
