Not long ago the company I work for asked me to create a poster that will give a unique goal to the entire company, to every employee, something similar with a creed. We came up with the Quality Policy poster. This is the final version this poster. It is 1 meter in width.

09.04.08ESC Conference - Return of the ASIC - Corporate Main Huge Poster for the Conference Booth
In my previous post (ESC Conference - Return of the ASIC Corporate Brochure) I wrote about the brochure I created for the launch of my company new marketing campaign - the Return of the ASIC. We launched it at CMP Embedded Systems Conference Silicon Valey that took place on 14-18 of April 2008, in San Jose, CA, USA.
At this conference we had a booth. Besides the brochure that I designed for this event, I also designed the entire booth. For the walls of the booth I designed 3 posters with the logos of our colaborators with the space theme in the background, 1 main huge poster that you can see below and another 1 poster with our logo on the space theme that was used as a skirt for the table we had in the booth. On the table we had some demos with our chip and some potential products.

This was a great oportunity to launch our campaign - the Return of the ASIC. 08.27.08Daniel Florin and Luminita Teodor - Civil Marriage Photo Shooting
As I told you in my previous post - Daniel Florin and Luminita Teodor - Engagement Photo Shooting - I was hired as photographer for Daniel and Luminita’s wedding. Here are some of the photos from the civil marriage.
Here in Romania the people that get married have to have the civil wedding. You go to a special building that belongs to the town hall. There the mayor or the officer of civil marriage tell you about the rights of the man and wife and ask you if you will take care of the other in any conditions. After both say yes, you have to sign in 2 registers, and the the witnesses.
After the civil marriage you can also have a wedding in the church.
But there are also exceptions when you do not even go to have a civil marriage. Usually gypsies have those kind of weddings. But now they go to have the civil marriage because of the money the new weds receive from the government. It is only 200 euros, but they give them, they don’t take.
So, here are some of the photos I took at Daniel Florin and Luminita Teodor civil marriage in Iasi, Romania.

08.22.08Daniel Florin and Luminita Teodor - Engagement Photo Shooting
Daniel Florin and Luminita are two young people form the church I go to, here in Iasi. One day, as I was going to the youth meeting, in the bus station I meet Daniel and his mom. We chat a bit and in the end he asks me if I could be their wedding photographer. He said that he saw me photographing. In that evening I showed Daniel part of my photos. After that, Daniel and Luminita decided to choose me.
I took it as an opportunity to get to know them better and also to develop my skill. Before their wedding that will be next Saturday, I went to my syster’s (Anda) and my cousin’s (Andi) wedding as a secondary photographer.
Here are some of the photos I took, helped by Denisa’s indications, on their so called "engagement photo shooting".

07.30.08I Was in USA for 2 Weeks at the Company Headquarters
I was away for the last 2 weeks. Today I came back in Romania. I am not back at home yet. But tomorrow I’ll be in Iasi. I am so tired and I look forward for a hot shower and my bed.
I miss all that I had to leave here, my family and Denisa. Even if there was all this distance between us, I know they’ve been cloe in prayer.
Those 2 weeks were so tireing but in the same time they were efficient. From this point of view I am happy I went to USA. Another good thing is that I med my work coleagues. I saw who is on the other side of the line. And more than that we had a great time together.
The fact that I saw this new culture for me, really broaded my view. The thing that I liked best was the food diversity. I tried different cuisines. Indian recipies were my favourite. But my body does not prove with me. I am not used with all those recipies and ingredients. And also it wasn’t that natural I suppose.
The next 2 weeks will be very bussy. I hope to put some photos online, but I cn not promise it.

05.22.08Graphic Design Styro Stone Romania brochure - update
A few days ago, I updated the brochure I created for Styro Stone Romania. You can see here the first brochure I did for Styro Stone for Suceava. Actually, I continuously updated this brochure for Styro Stone. Styro Stone Romania grew. Styro Stone Romania has opened new offices all over the country. The business is growing. I am really happy for them. One day, when I’ll have the money for a house, I will choose their system to build my home.

As I promised you yesterday, here it is the version for print of the email invite for customers to attend the USA Seminar. Usually I design first the printed materials and the the ones for web. But due the fact that the email had to be send first I had to do it in this way. I like to flexible in my designs. I like to design flayers, but more than this I like the corporative identities.
